Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for the most part. At checkout you will see whether or not we can reach your country or not. At the moment we support 15+ countries with shipping. 

How Long Does Shipping Take?
  • All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.
  • Shipping time varies depending on the buyer’s location. Standard International Shipping takes 2-4 weeks. 
  • Depending on the locations, some shipment might arrive in around 4-6 weeks. Please stay with us patiently for the time being. We are working hard to reduce the arrival time as much as possible.
What if my order delivery was delayed?

We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

What payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Does Deal Scout provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately through our contact form! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. 

Do you offer a refund if I don’t like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don’t like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.

Do you have a customer service phone line that I can call?

Unfortunately, we do not have a phone line at the moment. We ask that all customer service inquiries be submitted in writing to lyniva@gmail.com so that we can better assist you.

How long do I normally receive a reply to my inquiries?
Normally, it takes 24 to 48 hours for our customer service agent to reply but feel free to send us a follow-up email just in case you haven’t heard anything from us.

Will my order come in one package?

A: Different items take different time to be shipped and delivered, due to a variety of factors such as weight, dimension, customs complication, etc.

Therefore to speed things up for our customers, we sometimes ship items in one order out separately. It is perfectly normal to receive certain items of an order partially first, and others later. 

Why was my order arrived without a battery?


A: Oftentimes we have to remove batteries or other sensitive components from an order to avoid custom complications during its shipping phase. Sensitive components such as the battery, liquid, powdered material, and etc. often get stopped and destroyed during delivery. Therefore to protect your parcel, we will remove these components from your order before proceeding to delivery.

Why does my item look different from the advertisement?


A: Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.

Is there any exception to my right to a refund?


A: Yes. Certain items are non-refundable by nature. Once sold, returns will not be accepted. Example of such item is Underwear / Undergarment / Bra, where we could not re-sell the returned item due to hygiene reasons.

How do I cancel one or more items in my order?

A: Normally order contents (such as size, color, or quantity) cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Orders changed in any way once they have been submitted. You can contact us to cancel the order. We will cancel it if the shipment is not processed yet. If it is shipped already then you need to follow the refund policy in this case.
